The appointment is arranged around a piece you have decided on. We do not arrive on the chance of a sale.

From that first confirmed purchase onward. No form, no fee, no waiting to hear back.
The service fee for a confirmed appointment is 4,999 THB, billed as part of your order. Sourcing a stone through the Gems Butler alone does not open membership — a booked, confirmed appointment does.
